Electronic Circuit/Board Design

Circuit / Board Design Engineer

Experience Level: 2 – 7 years

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Computer Engineering / Applied Physics or related fields
Sound knowledge and understanding of Circuit Theory and basic electrical concepts
Strong familiarity with Digital and Mixed-Signal and/or Analog design practices
Gone through a board development cycle at least once — acquiring understanding of board design issues and appreciates design for manufacturability practices
Experience on any CAD suite for schematics/layout design
Solid intuition for underlying physics and circuit theory
Self-starter, team player and possess strong analytical skills

Candidates should ideally possess

Experience with RF / High-Speed design, or Signal Integrity (SI) analysis, or meeting EMI/EMC, or 3D FEM / HFSS analysis using any tool chain is a plus
Experience with developing multi-layer boards for networking, communications, embedded controls, embedded or high-performance computing applications in commercial sector
Experience with Cadence OrCAD Capture and Allegro tool suite or Altium Designer tool suite
Knowledge of relevant IPC standards / design for reliability practices etc.

Digital Logic Design

Digital Design Engineer

Experience Level: 0 – 3 years

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Computer Engineering or related fields
Experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL/C/C++
Experience with developing RTL modules and thorough testbenches using SystemVerilog/Verilog
Sound knowledge of digital logic design, computer architecture and FPGA Design Flow
Self-starter, team player and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills

Candidates should ideally possess

Experience with Ethernet MAC and PCS, UART, I2C, SMBus protocols
Hands on experience with MII, AXI and Avalon interfaces
Basic knowledge of DSP fundamentals and algorithm development using MATLAB, Python etc.
Good programming concepts with experience in either C/C++, and good scripting skills with Python, Bash, Tcl
The ability to solve problems using system-level approach
Hands on experience with Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, ModelSim and familiarity with Linux OS

Embedded Software

Embedded Software Engineer

Experience Level: 1+ years

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Computer / Electronic Engineering or related fields
Sound knowledge of computer architecture and OS
Has worked with Embedded Linux, multi-threading, firmware development, HW/SW interfacing and device drivers
Strong programming concepts and experience in Embedded C/C++
Self-starter, team player and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Candidates should ideally possess

Experience with Kernel-mode drivers, bootloaders and RTOS
Good command on scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash or Tcl
